FINAO’s mission is to help organizations create an environment of personal and professional development in which each individual takes responsibility and shares ownership. That environment allows the team to align its focus on the point of success. We know cohesion, coordination, and unity of effort doesn't just happen, it takes serious commitment and can be challenging, but we thrive in challenge.  Our team has intimate knowledge of those challenges and complexities of building a unit that has a strategic charter.  At our Nation’s highest level of Special Operation Forces there exists a process and culture we believe can be transposed onto any unit that has the drive and willingness to succeed.
