Target Audience

Will be delivered using techniques and procedures associated with lecture, facilitated discussions, scenarios, and case studies.

Training Evaluation
Attendees will be provided with an informal survey that is designed using a Likert Scale. The survey will be optional for attendees, and if filled out, the attendee will return the survey to the speaker.
Seminar
First-hand accounts of significant historical events that have occurred on the battlefield. We will correlate battlefield operations and mental toughness, the culture/mental attitude of the NSW warfighter, and the importance of mentorship.

Those in attendance will be able to take specific lessons learned from some of the most dynamic direct action missions encountered in the last two decades, and factor critical talking points into future mission planning and execution.
Team Building Experiences & Retreats
We offer highly engaging team-building experiences and retreats which can be a great addition to a keynote or workshop or exist as a stand-alone event. These adventures can range from Navy SEAL-style boot camps (geared towards all fitness levels) and mission planning operations to creative team building exercise and exciting competitions. We also offer high-end executive retreats that will transform both the individual attendees as well as the group. Corporate retreats allow for an organization to grow together as a company, and for participants to join in team building activities and share unique experiences. Attendees with leave not only feeling energized but transformed and having a new outlook on their personal and professional lives.
